Corinne Lejbowicz,
PDG

A graduate of the ESCP-EAP (1982) and of the IEP (Paris Institute of Political Studies) (1984), Corinne Lejbowicz began her career in 1987 as Head of Advertising at TBWA. Working for the group and its subsidiaries, Tequila (advertising), Gédéon (audiovisual), and Triel (electronic communications), she gained experience in various aspects of management and sales.

A pioneer, she became involved with the Internet in 1994, joining Infogrames to participate in the launch of the first French ISPs, Infonie. Passionate in the field, she next worked for the Vivendi Group (1996), where she launched the group’s first high speed Internet service before moving to the AOL France subsidiary as Director of Strategy and New Projects (working on the launch of high speed, mobile telephones, new sites, etc.) She then became Strategic Marketing Director at the Internet Center of the Vivendi Group Internet holding.

Corinne Lejbowicz joined LeGuide.com in 2005 and became CEO in October of the same year. In June 2006 she accompanied the companies’ introduction on the Alternext Euronext stockmarket

Anne Samak de la Cerda,
Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

Anne Samak de la Cerda, ESCP-EAP (‘97), started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, where she worked for 3 years. She later held several positions within the Vivendi Universal group: Operations Manager reporting to the COO of the Internet division, Internal Auditor and more recently, Planning and Strategist Manger for SFR.

With more than 10 years experience in strategy, business planning and mergers and acquisitions in sectors such as new technologies and media, Anne Samak de la Cerda joined LeGuide.com S.A. in March 2007 as the CFAO to help the company’s growth and development whose aim is to strengthen its presence on the European continent.
