J'ai passé une commande (N°6594992) à Parapharmanet.com le 29 Juin 2007 pour 41,75 euro qui ont été immédiatement débités de ma CB. Depuis, pas de nouvelles malgré mes rappels, et personne ne répond au téléphone.
Et sur le site, pas trace de date de livraison de ma commande.
Quelqu'un sait-il si cette société est encore en activité ?

Je suis informé par ma banque de l'arrivée de de virement (valeur au 28/09/2007), et, comme promis, je vous transmets cette indication aussitôt.
Notez bien, à l'intention de la Socièté Parapharmanet, que je regrette qu'ils se soient montrés incapables de fournir une justification de l'incapacité de La Poste à me livrer.
Je regrette également que cette société Parapharmanet, recevant mes mails de réclamations (et les lisant, puisque les AR m'étaient retournés) n'ait pas jugé utile de me répondre avant votre intervention.
Enfin, je tiens à constater une dernière fois le manque (...) de la Socièté Parapharmanet qui na pas hésité à adresser un message élogieux sur ses propres services à votre forum, alors même qu'elle répondait à mes arguments démontrant leur (...)
En revanche, je tiens à vous remercier de l'efficacité de votre intervention, en souhaitant que vous contribuiez à (...)

Bonjour,
j'ai également un problème avec le site parapharmanet car j'ai acheté tout ce qu'il me manquait pour l'arrivée de mon bébé (stérilisateur, biberon,produit bébé....), ma commmande a été validée et bien sure payée immédiatement et depuis plus de nouvelle ma commande est toujours "en préparation".
j'envoye des emails avec confirmation de lecture, donc mes emails sont lus mais pas de réponse.

Ca n'est pas ici qu'il faut donner votre numéro de facture. Il faut aller ouvrir un dossier de demande de médiation. Bonne chance.

Sorry, I don't speak French but I guess that this message is about trouble with shopping in Parapharmanet. About a month ago I spent more than 50 euros in Parapharmanet online shop and I haven't received the goods yet. They haven't answered my email and phone messages, and now the phone seems to be disconnected. Does anyone know what is going on with this online shop? Who should I contact for help?

Thank you very much Thierry! It was a bit difficult not knowing French, but my Spanish background and an online dictionary helped me to submit my complain to the mediators. I hope they help me, as I filled the fields in English.

need for mediation as the merchant (Parapharmanet) sent me an email yesterday
apologising for the delay, with the excuse that the postal service failed to
deliver the package!! Hopefully, things will go right this time.

Right ! The poor guy has had numerous problems with the postal service... I had the same explanation.
Even worst! I had some read-receipts of e-mails that I sent to him, but, but... Sorry there ! I forgot his explanation.. Maybe, he had no time to answer...

Je consulte le forum apres avoir commandé un article chez parapharmanet. Quelle erreur de ma part. CB debitée mais marchandise reste en preparation. Pas de reponse aux mails... et bien sur aucune inforamtion ni livraison. Pourquoi le guide reference t il encore ce site ???????

Pourquoi ne pas être plus précis et expliquer ton problème ? Aucune date dans ton message ! A compléter, donc, si tu veux participer utilement à l'information des internautes sur ce site.
As-tu au moins demandé à LeGuide.com une médiation ? Ca a déjà marché avec ce site...

Hallo to everybody!I'm italian and i don't speak english very well. I have the same problem. I made a online order to parapharmanet on 9.01.08 and the state of the order is "en preparation" yet. I wrote some mail but i didn't received any answer. I tried to phone but anyone answer. have paid with the credit card and I have not received the material yet. I/you/they are worried that I/you/he/she am a whole fraud and to have lost the money.
After having read this forum I have opened a confrontation as you have recommended. I wanted to know how the site the guides.com has been useful. What has it happened after have opened the confrontation?
